It was a good shopping experience this time. I bought my 3rd pair of boots today - a pair of Ariat square toes. And I ended up also buying two pairs of Rock&Roll Denim Revolver jeans, and a trucker hat. They had a promo, for 20% off all Ariat products (except items on clearance) - so that's what brought me in. I tried these boots on months ago, but ended up purchasing some similar Justins. The jeans were not on sale, but worth it. Because I've been looking to change up my "jeans game." I'm not a cowboy, so I didn't/don't want bootcut jeans. I just wanted straight or slim. I also don't like a hundred belt loops in the back. Just 3 is good for me. These Revolvers are great, and perfect for me. Rae helped me on the floor. Kaitlyn (or Kaitlin) at the register. A manager, Janet (or Jane) also chatted with me. All great, professional, and personable, especially Rae. Go ask for her.

Great store! My husband heads to the horse supplies and I head to the ladies section to shop. Cute selection of boots, shoes, and clothing, including jeans, blouses, dusters, and jackets. Their purse selection is good. They have trendy bags including Consuelo and Montana West. They have a variety of jewelry. And a plus is that they have clearance boot section and jeans!

Amazing place. Good quality. A little too much choice. Great staff! They will give you practical advice. Also, a local sheriff is making sure that place is safe :) Thank you for a great western experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. So my wife and I went to the store to look for a gift for my nephews 18th birthday. I was greeted with the upmost professionalism, but afterwards that same female employee told her co workers to watch out for us to see if we steal. We were going to drop some cash since he wanted a outfit. But after we heard those comments we left. Took our business elsewhere.

This place was fantastic. If you want Western wear for yourself or a loved one or even for your home, this is the place. One stop shop. It was my first time there, and my sister, who lives in Texas, took me there.I was looking for belts for my husband, and I found two nice.

Just stopped in to see what they had. Half the store is cloths, the other half is Land and Animal care products. Was genuinely impressed by their selection. They actualy had Knipex wire cutters which are a little pricy but worth the cost. Normally one has to buy them online only.

Had the worst experience that I have ever had just now. Was looking for Christmas gifts in the kids section and as I was walking up to the girl she just turned and walked away even after I said excuse me ma’am. I turned right around and walked out and went straight to Boot Barn. I won’t be back for sure.
